Ashish Tandon is a serial entrepreneur with a rare combination of strong IT Security understanding as well as management experience. Indusface under his able leadership as Chairman and CEO has been able to establish itself as a leading IT Security services company having a global footprint, growing at more than 150% YOY, profitable and a debt free organisation. Indusface was ranked by Deloitte in 2009 as one of the top 500 fastest growing technology companies in Asia Pacific as well as one of the top 50 technology companies in India. Prior to founding Indusface, Ashish over the past 10 years has founded and successfully led several ventures in the areas of Internet, Software & Security.
Ashish graduated with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from MS University and has completed IIM Ahmedabad's Executive Program on Management.
He has been a frequent speaker on IT and Internet Security. He has also in the past provided guidance to Government and Industry bodies of India in drafting of various IT Security related Acts, Regulations & Policies.
As President at Indusface, Dhanya Thakkar is responsible for the strategic management of Indusface’s information security products and solutions. This includes Indusface’s flagship product for web application security IndusGuard, where he is defines and shapes the product’s architecture and road map. Dhanya drives the teams responsible for IndusGuard’s product strategy, product engineering and innovation, research and development, global marketing and business development. A dynamic and skilled executive who successfully blends technology acumen and business skills, Dhanya has a proven track record of building teams, developing strategic alliances and strategic selling at an executive level.
Dhanya has dedicated over 17 years to the information security software industry. Prior to Indusface, Dhanya was VP of Business Development and VP of Security Center at Third Brigade, a leading provider of server security software. Dhanya was involved in all aspects of Third Brigade strategy and operations and was instrumental in engineering the acquisition of Third Brigade by Trend Micro. Working closely with the CEO, the executive team of Third Brigade and the board members, Dhanya provided significant value for company setup and operations, business development, corporate governance, market analysis and strategy, financing rounds, customer interactions and team building. Prior to joining Third Brigade, Dhanya held various leadership positions at Entrust from 1995 through 2005.
Dhanya Thakkar is co-inventor of two patented technologies and has published internet briefs on software technology. He earned his bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Maharaja Sayajirao University in India. Dhanya has completed the Queen's Graduate School of Business Executive Program. He is also a frequent speaker at conferences and forums around the world.
As the Vice President of Business Development, Venkatesh Sundar (Venky) is responsible for developing and establishing Go to market strategy via partners and various channels for Indusface's security as a service software solutions. The entrepreneur and sales person by heart along with being a strong technologist, Venky has proven expertise & experience in Product Development, Professional Services and Sales. Venky has dedicated the past 10 years to the security software industry. Most recently Venky was responsible for sales for APAC market at Entrust. Prior to that he was heading the delivery of the System integration and Architecture services in the Professional Services team for North America.
He has earned his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from University of Pune and MBA from Queens University Canada.
Nandini is Vice President, Human Resources and co-founder of Indusface. She is responsible for the evolution of Indusface’s culture as an organization that empowers its people through sound professional development. Nandini is dedicated to driving organizational development strategies that support the company's global growth, talent management, rewards and recognition for its employees worldwide. She has been instrumental in ensuring cost effective operations and infrastructure are in place, thereby assisting the organization to achieve its strategic goals at an optimum pace.
With an experience of over 10 years, Nandini in the past has successfully set up and managed an Internet services business. An avid writer and golfer, Nandini is a Gold Medalist from M.S. University and holds a Masters Degree in Science.
Jennifer is responsible for the global marketing initiatives at Indusface. She is a marketing professional with nine years of experience in the Software Products and Information Technology field.
Jennifer’s core expertise lies in the development and use of marketing techniques to drive execution of programs across existing and new markets, locally and globally, for growing software product firms.
Prior to joining Indusface, Jennifer was part of the global marketing team at Eka Software Solutions and earlier at IonIdea, was responsible for core marketing activities for theProducts and Outsourcing division.
Jennifer has a Post Graduate Diploma in General Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, and a Bachelor of Science from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore.
Jayesh Warier is designated as Sales Head at Indusface and has been instrumental in areas like Business Development, Sales & Marketing and Account Management. He has successfully setup and managed Channel Partners as part of Business Development activity. Actively participative in the Marketing efforts at Indusface, Jayesh has excellent Inter-personal, Communication and Presentation Skills.
Jayesh has around 12+ years of experience in the field of Marketing, Sales, Account Management and Business Development. He is a Science Graduate from MS University, with Post Graduation is Sales & Marketing from Bhavan’s – Rajendra Prasad Institute of Communication and Management. He started his career with an Information Technology company, which specialized in Software Development and On-site Consulting. From the early stages of his career, he was focused into International Marketing. He has also worked for a leading System Integrator in Middle East for 4 years as Business Development Manager / Account Manager. He was responsible for the Business Development of Strategy Implementation solutions, Database solutions & Content / Document Management applications. Jayesh has handled some of the large to very large Accounts in Middle East in various Industry segments consisting of Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Shipping, Automobiles, Retail, Oil & Gas and Steel.
Kandarp Shah is designated as Head – Services at Indusface, He has been associated with the company right from its inception in the year 2004 and with a wide array of understanding and expertise in the domain of Information Security, he has been instrumental in defining and packaging various services and solutions offered by Indusface. Kandarp has been efficiently driving the Information Security division of Indusface by delivering projects successfully to the fullest satisfaction of the customers / clients spread across INDIA, ME and North America with effective pre and post sales activities.
At Indusface, Kandarp is responsible for customer / partner management and in-depth understanding of various solutions offered by Indusface business partners in areas like Encryption, Digital Certificates, PKI, Multi Factor Authentication, Information Protection, Fraud Management, Vulnerability Management, Anti phishing, etc.
With around 10 plus years of rich experience in Information Security and Technology, Kandarp has assisted numerous organization in the verticals like Government, Pharma, BPO, Manufacturing and BFSI to meet their security requirements. Kandarp holds a Post graduate degree from M S University, Vadodara and is certified ISO 27001 Implementer/Auditor.
As Head – Finance and Operations, Mayank is responsible for the overall finance and accounting practice of Indusface. He provides efficient management of finances, compliance and reporting, managing risk and liaising with internal and external audit. He ensures the smooth running of operations at Indusface with all the required internal controls in place, thus providing immense contribution to the continuous supply of best quality products and prompt services to the customers.
Mayank has 9 years of professional experience in the fields of finance, accounting and audit in various industries like consulting, automobile and engineering. Prior to Indusface, Mayank was heading the finance department of ABP Induction Systems Pvt. Ltd, India. He has also worked with General Motors India as Deputy Manager – Finance and ran a successful consultancy practice prior to joining the corporate finance league.
Mayank is an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has a Masters in Commerce from M S University of Vadodara with specialization in Accounts and Financial Management.
